HCCS AGM and Quiz - 5th October

Our AGM and Quiz will take place on Wednesday 5th October at 7pm in the Village Hall. We encourage all members (users of the scheme - you can enrol at the door) to take part in the AGM and help decide the future of the scheme and provide new ideas.

Afterwards Alan will host another of his popular and enjoyable quizzes and this is open to all. Bring your own team or join one of the other friendly groups. You can use the journey booking line to register! Teas and light refreshments are provided

On the agenda, apart from the usual reports we will put to the vote the following proposals

• review of subsidy arrangements

• minor changes to the constitution
